2000 Royal Coachman 285RK, 30' 5th Wheel in Conch Key, Florida For Sale

xxxx Royal Coachman 285RK 5th wheel trailer. The camper measures 30'. Unit is in good shape and everything's works. Camper was purchased in xxxx with some water damage where the seams at the front and rear ends leaked. The seams were sealed with Eterna-Bond and have not had any issue since. The entire front bedroom was stripped, re-insulated and re-paneled All of the ceiling and walls in the front bedroom were replaced with new panelling. The right front outside corner was replaced with a fiberglass panel. All striping and name badge were replaced to match. The unit has a queen bed up front. Bathroom has the upgraded corner tub with glass enclosure. Living room has a queen sofa bed and recliner. Rear kitchen has lots of cabinet space with a microwave, three burner stove, oven, 8 cubic foot refrigerator and double bowl corner sink. 13K BTU central ducted air conditioner and 30K central propane heat. Huge single 15ft slide in the living room/kitchen with slide topper. Electric front landing jacks. The Royal model is the top line model from Coachman. Can sleep 6. Recent upgrades include:

There is a fair amount of outside de-lamination. Eyebolt and D-ring brackets were installed on the back and side to haul kayaks and a Porta-Bote. These will remain on the trailer. The good is the trailer is very comfortable ready to use and very roadworthy.
Camper is located on Grassy Key 5 miles north of Marathon, FL. The camper was used to travel back and forth to Florida for the past four winters. Would like to sell in Florida to avoid having to tow it back to Delaware. I will be moving the trailer north to Delaware starting April 9th, so it is possible delivery arrangements may be made if you are located close to the Rt 95 corridor. Prefer that the trailer be picked up in Marathon, Fl.
